Learning to Live in the Now: An Introduction to Mindfulness
All of our personal power is in the present moment, yet life stresses take us away from the Now and we can lose our intended path. Mindfulness is a term that is frequently used but not always understood. Cultivating true mindfulness encourages living in the present and allows you to make clear choices in the moment where all your personal power is. Learn to focus more on the Now and become more of who you are. This workshop is an introduction that will be expanded into a three hour intensive experience later this year that will train in techniques and offer a an action plan for incorporating mindfulness into everyday living.
